Business Challenge
DocuSign needs a much more comprehensive and better user experience for their Partners. A Partner Community Portal was highly needed in order to best serve their Partner’s needs and to continue and grow their relationship towards more business in the future.
How we helped
I partnered with the Salesforce Subject Matter Experts. I came in as a Solution Architect/User Experience Lead to provide full design thinking solutions starting from individual and group interviews, requirements gathering, generating user personas, behavior pattern matrix, journey map, wireframes, and a clickable prototype using InVision.
Design process creating wireframes and high-fidelity visual design comps all created in Sketch and Illustrator. We then also presented using InVision as a clickable prototype which we used as one of the deliverables.
Development hand-off. We created a pattern library, style guide and optimized assets.
